Business Partner/Realtor

 The Mission of Business Partner Committee is: To maintain good relationships between Business Partners and Realtor members. Advance the image of Business Partners, and assure that opportunities are extended equally to all Business Partners.

Condo /Homeowner

Work with local Condo and HOAs to update Condo/HO Guide for Member use. Maintain current files of Condo/HO rules/regs/forms at Association.

The Condo/Homeowner Guide has been updated for the 2012/2013 year.

JTHS Members can purchase a jump drive at the JTHS Store for  $19.08 including tax. For $10 including tax you can have your jump drive from last year updated, just bring it into the Association during business hours.

Fishing Tournament

 

The 22nd annual fishing tournament will be held on June 22, 2013. Please stay tuned for more information as it becomes available.

Global Business

Ambassadors living & working locally, thinking & acting globally to be the catalyst for its members to expand in global real estate transactions by providing the tools necessary to enhance the professionalism of Realtors serving clients involved in international transactions through educational programs, seminars and networking.

 Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Institute will be held at JTHS beginning on Monday, May 20, 2013

The role of the Grievance Committee is to review and evaluate ethics complaints/arbitration requests. This requires attendance at yearly mandatory training.

The role of the Professional Standards Committee is to enforce Code of Ethics through education and proper procedures of investigation, mediate, and hearings. This requires attendance at yearly mandatory training and at least two years on the Grievance Committee.

 

Public Policy

The purpose of this Committee is to review local, state, national legislation and business initiatives affecting real property, and to work for enactment of worthwhile laws. Evaluate/recommend qualified candidates for office.

The role of the Realtor/Attorney Committee is to promote and maintain good working relationships between Realtors and local real estate attorneys.

 

 

 

Realtor Outreach

To promote active Realtor participation in community events, programs & organizations. To market & promote Members for their Community & Association involvement through the media, newspapers & Realtor newsletters.

 

RPAC

The role of this Committee is to keep Members aware of the importance of political involvement; to encourage voluntary contributions & create a means to meet the annual goal.
